Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services purchased from TEUF STUDIO through teufstudio.com, including flyer design, logo design, brand kits, websites and custom projects. By placing an order or submitting a project request, you agree to these terms.

1. Services and packages

Each package lists what is included, the price, the number of revisions and the delivery time. Anything not listed in your package is not included and can be quoted separately. Custom projects are confirmed in writing (by email) before work begins.

2. Payment

Packages are paid in full at checkout. For custom projects, we may ask for a deposit before starting. Work begins only after payment is received.

3. Your brief and materials

After ordering, you share a brief and any files we need (logos, photos, text, references). Delivery times start once we have everything needed. You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use any material you send us (photos, logos, fonts, text).

4. Delivery

We deliver within the time listed for your package, counted in business days from when we receive your complete brief. Files are delivered digitally by email or download link. Delays caused by missing information or late feedback from you extend the delivery date.

5. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions listed. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. A request for a completely new concept or direction is treated as a new order. Additional revisions can be quoted separately.

6. Ownership and usage rights

Once your order is fully paid, you own the final delivered designs and may use them for your business. Concepts or drafts that were not chosen remain the property of TEUF STUDIO. Third-party elements (such as stock images or licensed fonts) remain subject to their own licenses. TEUF STUDIO may show the final work in its portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Websites

Website packages cover design and setup as described in the package. Domain names, hosting, platform subscriptions and paid apps are paid for by the client unless stated otherwise. Ongoing updates after delivery are not included unless agreed in writing.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: a full refund before work starts, a 50% refund after work starts but before delivery, and no refund after designs are delivered (revisions are included instead).

9. Communication and conduct

We communicate by email. We may decline or stop a project that involves illegal, hateful or infringing content, or abusive behavior toward our team. In that case, refunds follow the Refund Policy based on the work completed.

10. Limitation of liability

TEUF STUDIO is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, related to our services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. You are responsible for checking delivered work (spelling, dates, phone numbers, prices) before printing or publishing it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
