TEUF PARTNERS Program Terms

These terms govern participation in TEUF PARTNERS, the referral program run by TEUF STUDIO ("we", "us"). By signing up, you ("Partner") agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and able to receive payments by PayPal in your country. New partner accounts are approved automatically, but we may decline, suspend or remove any partner at our discretion. Only active partners can earn commissions.

2. Commission

The standard commission is $25 USD for each qualifying service in a qualifying order. Only services with a list price of $150 or more qualify; flyer design and logo design do not earn a commission. We may change the commission amount or the qualifying services for future orders with notice; changes don't affect commissions already earned.

3. Qualifying orders

An order qualifies only when all of these are true: it includes at least one qualifying service; the customer was referred through your unique link within the attribution window; the order is paid in full and confirmed by our payment processor; the order is delivered or completed; it is not canceled, refunded, fraudulent or disputed; any applicable refund period has passed; and it passes our review. Orders you place for yourself, your business, or anyone acting on your behalf do not qualify.

4. Attribution

Referrals are tracked with cookies or similar technology for 30 days after a customer clicks your link. If a customer clicks links from more than one partner, the last link clicked before purchase receives credit. Our tracking records are final for determining attribution. Tracking can fail if a customer blocks cookies, switches devices, or clears browser data, and we are not responsible for referrals that can't be tracked.

5. Approval, refunds and reversals

Commissions start as pending and become payable only after approval. If an order is later refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we will reverse the related commission. If it was already paid, we may deduct the amount from future commissions.

6. Payouts

Payouts are made once your approved balance is at least $50. Total payouts to any one partner are limited to $250 per UTC calendar day across all payout methods. Every payout is reviewed before payment and sent by PayPal. We may require identity verification and tax information before paying, and we may hold payouts while a review is open. PayPal fees, currency conversion and availability depend on PayPal and your country.

7. Prohibited practices

You may not: spam; make false or misleading claims about TEUF STUDIO, its prices or results; impersonate us; bid on our brand name in paid search; use cookie stuffing, bots, or incentivized or fake clicks; refer yourself; or promote us alongside illegal or offensive content. You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when you share your link, as required by applicable advertising rules.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove any partner who breaks these terms, and may withhold commissions linked to the violation. Either party may end participation at any time. Valid, approved commissions earned before termination remain payable unless they are linked to a violation.

9. Relationship and taxes

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent or partner of TEUF STUDIO in any legal sense. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may issue tax forms where the law requires.

10. International partners

Participation outside the United States depends on local law and on PayPal supporting your country. We may decline partners where we can't lawfully or practically pay them.

11. Privacy and tracking

We collect your name, email, payout details and referral activity to run the program, using our referral platform provider (GoAffPro). Customer visits through your link are tracked with cookies as described in our privacy policy. We don't share customers' personal details with partners.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page and notify active partners by email. Continued participation after the update means you accept it.
